I’m sick and tired of people behaving like fiction doesn’t affect reality when there have been COUNTLESS studies proving otherwise. Both animation and live action reinforce this and it’s up to us as viewers to not continue to sexualize children in media bc it has a very REAL COST
Before anyone says “oh but it’s not up to us whether or not it’s sexualized” yes but we need to make sure we reinforce that these ideas are not okay, and we don’t continue to push the sexualization of minors online
