Stop harassing people who are under 13 on twitter. For example they're 12, 11, or 10 years old(I'd think those would be mature ages). If they are mature enough for social media and know how to handle it, then it would probably be okay for them to be on it. And(continues in thread

And if they ask their parents for social media and they decide the child is mature enough for it, then it would be okay.
