Ok so over two weeks ago #instagramdisabledme after I used a third party app to track my unfollowers. In this thread, I’m gonna talk you through how I finally got my account restored. Here’s what happened…

(PART 1) If your @instagram account has been disabled you're going to have to fill in an appeal form. After waiting 24 hours and trying different forms, I was able to submit this one: https://help.instagram.com/contact/1652567838289083 Then, I got the email where they asked for my mugshot + piece of paper.
