What is BJP's politics?

Our country is going through a very difficult phase. Those who knew the dark power that had gripped the land before Sri @narendramodi Ji took office will agree that BJP coming to power was like pulling the chestnuts out of fire.

National security, religious freedom, future of our young generation - all was at stake.

Crusaders like Rajiv Dixit, @RajivMessage , @sgurumurthy , @Swamy39 , @Sanjay_Dixit and @vivekagnihotri & many intelligentsia had amply highlighted the danger that loomed our nation.

2014 May 16.

I remember the SM pulse on that day. Many quoted 'Yada Yada hi..'. Many said true independence.

What had changed? Why did people feel that?

Was it just another election? An anti-incumbent party coming to power?

After the historic win in 2014, BJP went on to win in many states. Why was this done? Why did Modi Ji want to rid the country of Congress?

In the bicameral/ federal system, we need states to be at the same wavelength as the centre to implement all good schemes.

4/20
This is also important to counter break-India forces.

Non-BJP states today are testimony to this. Central Govt schemes are either not implemented or are repackaged as state schemes for political gains.

It affects not only end beneficiary, but also the system as a whole.

5/20
Besides, many sleeper terror cells are activated in such states. This is why BJP should have all states. A course of 10 - 15 years' continuous rule at the centre/most states, will transform India forever. Ecosystems will be cleansed. Governance will be permanently changed.

6/20
Schemes like JAM, SVAMITVA will permanently rule out grassroots corruption. FCRA changes will stop break India forces dead on their tracks.

Such systemic changes will push India to be fully self reliant, prosperous and happy nation.

7/20
All this is possible only if BJP continues to be a winning machine. Many get confused between RSS ideology & BJP political party. BJP is a political party. Its sole aim is to be in power to save the country.

If not in power, then ensure anti-nationals don’t come to power.

8/20
To do that, BJP will have to play politics. It will have to upgrade its tactics, its strategy, and even its look and feel.

Try out combinations of tactics for winnability such as adding people like @khushsundar , which may help in the long term but surely will help now.

9/20
Whereas @annamalai_k could be a long term strategy for leading TN. Accepting people like @a_abdullakutty & @TomVadakkan2 all have significance with the chemistry needed at various levels across various voter communities.

Many of them have already shown their influence.

10/20
That Kushboo was anti-BJP is immaterial. What is important is that can she bring votes to the party which is trying to grow from its mere 2.75%’sh vote base in the state.

11/20
How many votes can we bring individually? How many votes can Khushboo bring?

Vote is the asset of any political party. Whomever can bring that needs to be included.

But how can we ensure they don't bring in their secret agenda and influence us?

BJP is a disciplined party. It has a culture. It’s a dominant culture.

Anyone coming into the party will have to adopt this culture. They will not be able to bring in their own culture which is conflicting with that of the Party’s.

13/20
If I can draw a metaphor, then I would say BJP is like fire. Those who come in - pure or impure - will be purified.

If not, then they will be sidelined, ignored and gently pushed out. You have many such examples in front of your eyes. I don't need to elaborate.

14/20
How do we need to understand BJP then?

BJP is a political party. It’s different to its ideological source - RSS. It’s also very different to the administration.

Governance is different from politics. Politics is different from ideology. BJP has made this difference.

15/20
@narendramodi Ji and his cabinet, CMs and their teams do GOVERNANCE.

@JPNadda and his teams at the centre and states do POLITICS.

Mohan Bhagwat and his team do IDEOLOGY.

16/20
As long as these three don’t interfere significantly with each other there is no issue.

There is no political party/ideology/system/governance today in India that can boast this puritan way of operating like BJP/RSS/Modi Cabinet.

17/20
So, how can BJP be appraised or criticised for their actions?

BJP should be tested for what it says in the MANIFESTO. If manifesto is either challenged or influenced by these new entrants to the detriment of the country, then there is an issue.

18/20
So, don’t look at who is coming, or what they have been doing so far. Look at what BJP is saying they will do through their manifesto. That is the only thing that matters to us Indians.

19/20
I wouldn’t say this about other parties as none of them cared about their manifesto. No ideology, no proper governance. All they did and still do is playing politics.

If Krishna let Arjuna remain a puritan, then Karna would have destroyed Pandavas. Let’s not forget that.
