The leader of the opposition is supporting the rule of law, you haven’t been arrested & Starmer hasn’t called for you to be.

It’s an investigation of a possible breach of Sec 22 Public Order Act 1986, passed by a conservative government, scrutinised by a sovereign Parliament. 1. https://twitter.com/darrengrimes_/status/1315572294056583168
Here is the relevant legislation. You are caught by it because you are identified by (2) (a) and (b). 2.
You say the act is “not there to regulate speech and debate”, but it is. The law criminalises incitement to racial hatred. The Q is whether your actions meet the tests for incitement in “a programme involving threatening, abusive or insulting visual images or sounds.” 3. https://twitter.com/talkradio/status/1315564328553193473
Whether or not you “intend[ed] thereby to stir up racial hatred, or having regard to all the circumstances racial hatred is likely to be stirred up thereby.” 4.
It’s right police are free to carry out investigations according to law. Your interviewer, @JuliaHB1 conceded Starkey’s words were “at the very least not a pleasant thing to say”, & you have apologised. Starkey himself said his words “came across as a term of racial abuse”. 5.
You describe police conduct in the matter as “vexatious”. Yet in law that’s a description of an action brought without sufficient grounds to cause annoyance to a defendant. No action to date has been brought & it is not a matter for the police to adjudicate. 6.
You won’t even be interviewed until this Friday, 16th October. It is right you are interviewed, and it is right that the next steps following that interview, are determined by the evidence &, if appropriate, a rigorous approach by the CPS. 7.
It is an irony, that a commentator from the right wing who has derided the so called “woke left”, has been inconvenienced by legislation enacted by his own political tribe.

Nevertheless, on the face of it, you may have a case to answer, according to law, not politics. 8/
