Capabilities defining, technologically paving the way, to therefore cross the line from Bistro / Bistronomie, into rock& #39;n& #39;roll contemporary Scotland. Canapes and sorbet du jour, plus 3 courses, fixed price. What a Festive Season ahead!
Have just been explaining to the brigade at our 10.30 am briefing, what the accompanying potentials are.
For a start, we can almost automate food service across the span, in a way that dishes despatch from The Pass, with eg main courses despatching x minutes after starters.
This also means that eg 8pm dinner is extended back beyond 10pm, we can offer 4 course, 5 course & #39;tasting and experience& #39; menus as well.
Can also confirm on this thread, our new intention to now shift beyond kitchen printers, and on to on-screen kitchen service.
We believe, Scotland& #39;s first & #39;country house hotel& #39;, to contemplate this.
Cannae wait to get our Chef& #39;s Table rolling again as well.
Only possible when social distancing is removed.
