LAPD are reporting they have 5 looters in custody near the Starbucks at West 9th and Flower. Requesting a “slammer van” (aka prisoner-transport van) for the arrested individuals. Unknown how many other arrests were made. LAPD and LASD air ships monitoring from above. #LALakers
