Apparently labor is supposed to take a few days and you’re supposed give birth in a squatting position. That all changed because a doctor had a fetish towards babies coming out vaginas, so he changed it to what we know today. 
The reason you’re supposed to squat while giving birth, it allows gravity to push down the baby without you apply excessive pressure. Which will be easier on you, the baby and your vagina, but birth is a booming business that the medical field will
Never give you an easier option because their current methods bring them the most money. Women usually tear by this current birth method that implemented, which gives the hospital more money because they have to stitch you up
They also have a booming C-section business because it’s easier and faster. From what I’ve been told and seen, a water birth is the best method because you can squat while your in the water, which will relive a of pressure while you push
The baby will also have a safe delivery because the water is similar to how the placenta is if that makes sense. I hope this helps a lot of women decide how they want to deliver when they’re pregnant.

I also want every pregnant women to get a doula while they’re giving birth. It’ll help you tremendously
This also explains why there are so many male OBGYNs and Gynecologist. A lot of them also have a kink for vaginas, that’s why a lot of them become these things.

I’m not shaming mothers who choose to give birth laying on their backs or choose to use an epidural. I’m simply informing mothers that there are alternatives options they can also pick from. It all depends on how they feel about it and what they choose. I support their decision.
Also rushing a mother in labor can cause her to become stressed out, which will lead to her blood pressure increasing, which can lead to complications of the delivery. Let mothers go at their pace until they’re ready.

The way my blood is boiling reading how these mothers were treated while giving birth and how the experience was hard because of the incompetence of the doctors. Pregnant women literally deserve the world but they’re out here getting mistreated by the medical field.
Do yourself a favor and get a women OBGYN, Gynecologist, and Midwife. If you choose to have an OBGYN make sure you’re comfortable with them. If you choose to have a midwife make you’re also comfortable with them.
PREGNANT WOMEN, MAKE SURE YOU REQUEST YOUR PLACENTA, IF YOU CONSUME IT HELPS YOU GAIN NUTRIENTS TO PRODUCE MILK. DO NOT LET THESE HOSPITALS TAKE IT BECAUSE THEY’RE MAKING HELLA BANK OFF OF IT.

Also I want to make it clear that doula are not trained to deliver babies to that’s what midwives are for if you’re planning to do a home birth.

Instead of labor I should’ve said early stages of labor, if your water hasn’t broken yet and you’re taking a long time to dilate it’ll take awhile until your water breaks. Usually moving around and being in water helps break your water.

Also I’m not bashing any male gynecologist or OB/GYN. My grandfather was a genuine well respected gynecologist. He knew about certain man on his field that had a fetish for pregnant women giving birth.
