A happy and colourful Granville walk - very rainy too.

But I would have it no other way. Living in a rainforest means that I get to have colour all around me for most of the year.

But without disruption, without flowing with change, we never would get to grow. And growth is the constant common denominator across all of our living world. It’s what connects us.

It’s what drives us to do bigger and better things and be bigger and more wonder-filled people.

And it doesn’t matter at what point of your growth you are at - you are a person, and your experiences matter and you are important to the world. It’s okay to be where you are right

now, because as long as you are still open to growing, to taking part in the flow of the world, you are moving forward and you will succeed.

I think it’s important to acknowledge its #nationalcomingoutday and that it doesn’t matter if you know now, or if you know later,

or you never quite know how to use your language to define your identity - it’s okay to be who you are right now - & it’s okay if that definition ever changes. It’s okay if you come out right now, it’s okay if you come out later & it’s okay if you never do. But do value yourself,

do value your growth, do value your experience & do flow towards being authentically you the best you can. It’s going to be okay. We are hard wired for growth just like all the rest of the universe around us. Embrace it. Embrace yourself. Love is growing everywhere around you.

Three cheers to being queer, to loving and accepting ourselves, to growth and chaos and change, to inspiring kindness and to finding the wonder in a rainbow .
