$BILI's 2nd listing in HK next year isn't just another US-China geopolitical casualty. It's a shrewd move to raise a ton more $$ than its NASDAQ IPO 2 yrs ago, as capital everywhere is cheap + HK exchange is more ok with dual-class share structure.
