The Problem of Modern Schooling. A thread.
The greatest evil today is the single teacher overcrowded classroom, designed for group humiliations at the hands of a sadistic bug drone disciplinarian; disobedient students ritually abused into depersonalized common core identity putty.
Entire generations of children broken in mass trauma mills, stripped of ingenuity & humor, their childhood gutted and cored, spiritually castrated. You'd expect this to result in the creation of competent worker drones, but it doesn't. There's no plan, no ulterior purpose.
Without any reinforcement or connections to prior knowledge, everything learned in school is quickly forgotten-- 56 percent in one hour, 66 percent after a day, 75 percent after six days. Virtually everything after a year out of schooling. 18 years, and nothing to show for it.
95% of the focus in schools should be taken off the common core and instead placed on studying careers and life paths on the meta-level so that students are able to make a choice; planning out & designing the optimal life path, & contextualizing all of the lessons according to it
When students complain that knowledge "isn't useful" they'd be best served by the direction and guidance of a mentor they identify with on a psychological level. They want examples of ways of living to model their own future upon, from people they want to be like-- not teachers.
Most teachers are deeply inferior to the students they teach. This holds throughout all grades.
There are good teachers, but the entire structure of the system places demands upon them that forces them to inflict traumas, minimized only by handling discipline at their own discretion, at their own risk of being fired. Even good teachers feed the system by complying with it.
Good teachers are so rare bc no one respectable wants to become one. Teachers should be role models, not the kids from school that no one liked who are now returning back to school, still mentally children, to try to win over the cool kids from a position of adult privilege.
Most male high school teachers are pedophiles. A good chunk of middle school ones are too. If they're the type that spends the entire day socializing with a throng of female students, they are almost certainly a pedophile LARPing as a cool kid who grew up to be a teacher
Many female teachers will also fuck a student if given a good opportunity. This is a natural byproduct of women getting caught up in the social ecosystem of the school; she subconsciously believes herself to have become one of the students, & so develops teenage romantic taste
Why do you think behavioral and emotional issues are more common than ever, not only in overdiagnosed children but in grown adults? Freak fetish shows like Beyond Scared Straight & Nanny 911 exist to put verbal abuse of emotionally troubled children on national TV
America has a deep seated obsession with "getting even" with rebellious children, to the point where parents actively search for excuses to get angry & punish their kids; they watch these pornographic shows for release, to validate their abusiveness & their own abusive upbringing
This is a cycle. Someone gets beaten as a kid for "bad behavior" & they internalize it, creating an archetype of the bad kid in their own head, imbuing it with the self-hatred stemming from the abuse. When they grow up, they begin to hate children too.
Respect is seen as unilateral, to be held by children for adults, unearned & unreciprocated-- yet obligatory. Respect, like punishment, is pornographically fetishized. Low class parents will brutalize their children for saying "shut up" to them. There are videos of this.
Perhaps most pernicious is the interracial classroom, where conflict between everyone is greatly magnified along with traumas. In lower caste classrooms, disputes are settled thru violence; in higher caste ones, thru abstracted social gaming & banter, with violence as last resort
Mix the two together and social games are met exclusively with violence by the low caste. High culture has a long term advantage through the development of productive conflict resolution while low culture has an advantage in short term sociological dynamics.
Violence spreads by taking priority over social games, turning them into mere initiations of force. In a mixed system, "talk shit get hit" is the dominant meme while abstracted conflict the recessive. In genetics as well as social dynamics, dominant does not mean superior.
"Dominant genes" is a common ethnonarc talking point, but common recessive genes offer advantages that far outweigh their recessiveness, or otherwise they wouldn't have become common. They're an incentive to pair with ppl of the same traits & race, to retain that advantage.
I could expand a lot more on this topic, but I'll leave it for a separate thread. This is why a conflict resolution method that spreads through dominance of short term behavioral dynamics can be inferior-- it is totally destructive to those who adopt the method long term.
On every possible level, modern education is a failure. It's actually very hard to think of anything that modern public schools do well. Having children do menial tasks and work for you would be infinitely more beneficial-- literal slavery would produce better outcomes.
This total failure offers a counterintuitive line of reasoning, a left hand path: all of the faults of modern public schooling present themselves as challenges for a child to overcome. Most will be broken or misled, but a very elite few will become stronger because of it.
The modern world excels at creating mediocrity. Mediocrity excels at fleshing out the superior. The aggressively mediocre are an abrasive for you to sharpen yourself against. This is their true function, they exist to ward you away from their failures. They are cautionary tales.
