Judge Totenberg finally ruled on @CoalitionGoodGv's lawsuit (which first outlawed the old GA electronic voting system as unconstitutional) re: the preliminary injunction on new voting machines.
Disappointed but not surprised at ruling: it's too close to Nov. 3.
Some great quotes:
Here's the entire 147 page ruling:

Judge Totenberg on Logic and Accuracy Testing as performed by counties AS DIRECTED BY THE STATE - and as reported on by observations by @CoalitionGoodGv observers:
The Judge on GA SOS's audits:
"there is no audit remedy that can confirm the reliability and accuracy of the BMD system..."
And when the State's implementation, Logic and Accuracy Testing, and Audits are put together...
So, it reads that Judge Totenberg's overall thought is that:
"the Court recognizes Plaintiffs’ strong voting interest and evidentiary presentation that indicate they may ultimately prevail in their claims"... but just not now.
