The lack of personal responsibility by the current administration for the hundreds of thousands of sick and dying people is so abhorrent to me. It’s abhorrent because of basic human decency but also

Because I’m a small business owner in a small town. I have been tested regularly for covid and am doing everything in my power to keep my staff AND customers (and community) safe. I’m doing this because it’s the right thing to do but also

Because I know that if people’s sickness can be traced to the place I put my heart and soul into I will feel personally responsible. If I can do all that for my small circle of influence then the current administration should have done better. They didn’t.

There is a lot of emotions in this thread which means the thoughts are not fully formed. The is that the current administration should be held accountable for the damage their lies have caused.
