The Equality Act 2010 doesn’t mention “Transgender” The protected characteristic is “Gender Reassignment”. Even people with a Gender Recognition Certificate can be, legally, excluded from single sex spaces. Sadly many orgs (e.g Stonewall) lie about the law so it’s not enforced

Again. Crispin has t looked at the stats for male sex offenders held in the male estate (19%) and males in the female estate for sex offences (Over 40%). Either there are accompanying issues with the male paraphilia autogynephilia or SelfID is the wrong policy.
