Can we talk about the performative sexuality within the EN vtuber community? I constantly see EN vtubers playing up sexuality for views and clout at all levels of success, this works but it both pressures other vtubers to feel like "ah people wont like me if I dont do this"&(1/4)

This bring in many seeking that out of vtubers specifically. I've seen many vtubers community's fill with people drawn in by this causing it to both perpetuate this cycle and narrative and causing it to become increasingly difficult to move away from performative sexuality (2/4)

This makes it become increasingly difficult to move away from this as to not alienate part of your viewership who came in seeking this. (3/4)

Overall I have nothing against sexuality, however I dont want others especially younger vtubers to feel pressured both by the viewers brought in by this and the success of those in front of them simply because this is being done without intention. (4/4)
