Starting today, I will be doing a 14 days fast to drop these lbs, then we’re getting back on Keto
I’ll update this everyday around 9:00pm, should be fun!
Day 1: couldn’t help but get it out earlier, today wasn’t so bad! Drank lots of water and I feel pretty good. Someone told me day 2 and 3 are meh, we’ll see!
Day 2: 40 MINUTES LATE MY B. Not toooo bad today, water keeping me hydrated and it’s easier once your mind is off of that “sensation”.
Day 3: 48 minutes late this time...might update it at 10:00pm LOL. Today wasn’t as bad as yesterday! My mental fortitude is getting better. Mind over body. We got this!
Day 4: Pretty good day today! Work was stressful, but that didn’t stop the process. It’s getting better! Literally water is the way to go. Might try mineral water as well...
Day 5: I kind of felt sleepy heading to work this morning. Luckily I was moving around pretty much all day. Water, water, water. BTW, down 4 lbs last I checked!
Day 6: One day off from being half way done. Let’s get it, too far to stop. Let’s gooooo. Hydrate. Electrolytes. Keep on.
Day 7: very late, sleep majority of it to make it through time, but here we are. 7 more days to see where I am. Here’s to the overall results.

Welp, ending this thread here because I couldn’t go the full 14 days, but in some good news, I’m down 9 lbs! Starting Keto and continuing this weight loss journey! 😵
