A few weeks ago I was troubleshooting a PlayStation that would not turn on. Issue there was a corroded power supply. @A3rgan sent me this to rob parts from

Something is preventing the lid locking mechanism from springing back. My guess is filth.
This was meant to be used as a donor power supply for the one to the left.

The lid mechanism doesn’t need a full tear down , just the button. It’s really responsive like this. Saves time.
Mechanism no longer sticking.
Further assembly. Didn’t go crazy with the power supply, used an anti static brush to clear some dust. And an alcohol wipe to clean the metal shield of grime.
