During and after the #EndSARS protests, do know that you can use @googlemaps as tool to keep safe. With #GoogleMaps you can share your location with loved ones just so that they know where you are when you want them to.

Even if you can't immediately use your phone, a loved one can easily trace your location, should you require assistance.

When you open the application, click on the top right icon...

In the drop down menu, choose location sharing...

You can then choose with whom you want to share your location with and for how long by clicking on the new share button. That way, someone knows where you, should there be any need to 'worry'.
