How this dissolution should go IMO:

1. All SARS officers should be mandated to turn in their weapons latest 5pm tomorrow. Failure to do so = Immediate discharge from the force and warrant for arrest issued.

2. All SARS officials should undergo immediate mental evaluation.

3.Those officers who have petitions hanging over their head should be investigated & tried by the PSC and an independent body.

4.Following the result of the mental evaluation, those who need mental help should be provided that immediately and suspended from the force with pay!

5. For those with ok mental health & have no cases, the PSC & an independent body must conduct thorough evaluation of each officers time in service to determine if they are fit for service.

6. If deemed unfit, they should be eased out of the force.

7. Those deemed fit should be reoriented, retrained and re-evaluated before redeployment.

8. While all this is going on a new unit should be formed with fresh recruits. They will be given the best training and orientation available to man (blend of local and foreign)

Lastly we all know our security operatives are grossly underpaid and that should change immediately. (THIS HOWEVER GIVES THEM NO RIGHT TO HARASS INNOCENT CITIZENS OR TAKE LIFE)

Security operatives, Medical professionals & Teachers NEED TO BE PAID = OR > LAWMAKERS!
