NON-DANGEROUS ED TIPS FOR VANILLA/LIGHT EDTWT; a thread
1. your bmi shouldn't be below 15 cuz that is really dangerous. don't be too hard on urself ♡
2. if you're fasting or eating less than 1500 calories a day DON'T do hard exercises esp not hiit
3. throwing up is extremely dangerous esp after binging. rather chew food and spit it out or if you do binge then burn cals but PLEASE don't throw up
4. don't restrict yourself of nutritious food no matter how much calories it has. your body needs you and you need your body. don't betray it
6. some people *cannot* get thigh gaps even if they wanted to so don't be too harsh on urself. everyone has different bone structures and it is okay ♡
7. DON'T PUSH ANA OR MIA CONTENT ON ANYONE. EVER.
8. i don't recommend really bone-y thinspo bcs it is extremely dangerous to be that thin
9. drink. water. and. tea.
10. drink hot coffee after meals because it is a natural/non-hamrful laxative
11. drink some more water :)
12. *don't* fast for longer than 20h. it messes up your natural clock and metabolism and it is rly dangerous and you can faint
13. if you're new to the whole weight loss thingy start out lightly. you can't go from 0 to 100 and expect to stay healthy
15. try to switch your usual snacks with fruits and veggies. also don't be scared of sauces!! you should be able to enjoy food too :))
16. dark choco > milk choco >white choco
17. use water to make coffe, tea, hot choco etc. instead of milk. if you really want to use milk use soya or almond milk

18. buy gum!! whenever you feel like snacking or eating when you're not even hungry use gum instead of snacks
