Philippines are now transitioning public and private students to blended learning that there are hours to go online and teachers will give offline learning modules or homework& #39;s to accomplish and submitting it online.

The question is, can all students afford a stable internet connection?

My answer; No, some of the students in public and private schools cannot afford an internet connection to go online because it& #39;s expensive and it& #39;s slow, in addition it is hard for a parent to keep an eye out of their son in using the internet!

Half of them are using printed modules and learning packets for those who have no internet connection.

As well as in zoom meetings that all students must be online to attend their virtual classes

Sometimes a teacher forces some students in a zoom meeting to turn on their cameras because their cameras was turned off during the meeting, in the line of a school protocol in shifting to online classes.

As they don& #39;t know that some of them also having problems with internet connections and must the teacher knows that issue.

Another problem is being discussed in the Philippines is the number of internet towers placed by area in a city.

As we recall again the Philippines has the lowest rank in terms of internet speeds in the south east Asia.

The government has pushed in adding more cell sites and additional internet providers to expand and increase its internet speeds to have a excellent speed connection in the country.

As well as now facing the new normal that more government workers and students are working from home to protect from COVID-19

I really hope that the Philippines improves the internet connections during President Duterte& #39;s administration, especially for students and workers are always online during the pandemic.
