A commonly used belittlement against #indyWales supporters is that "they think independence will solve everything."

Here& #39;s what I think what it will solve ...
1. The democratic deficit.

Wales will get the government it votes for. We have never voted for a Tory majority in Wales since Universal Sufferage was introduced. Yet we& #39;ve had Tory governments making decisions that have impacted badly on Wales for half that time.
2. The Political Agency deficit.

This is the self-determination problem. Just recently the Senedd acknowledged that it couldn& #39;t run a UBI trial without Westminster support. Welsh macroeconomic policy & large scale capital expenditure remains the remit of WM & focus is on London.
3. The class/privilege problem.

Wales suffers from England& #39;s class divide. Look at the constitution of the Government & Opposition front benches at Westminster. How many are ex-public school? How many gained from position of entrenched privilege? Wales is badly governed by them.
#indyWales is not about selling a vision of a land of milk and honey, rather a country with a government for which it voted, fully equipped to carry out the popular mandate given to it by the Welsh electorate.

To me that& #39;s a no-brainer.
