You have to pay attention.

1. I have a mobile phone game company where I hire people to produce these games. On an average I release 15 games a month. All of them free and all of them with micro-transactions.

I pull in at least $9k a month with ~40% going towards me and... https://twitter.com/XDays/status/1315090604234285057
...the rest toward going towards making new games.

Note: I use Unity to make mobile games.

2. Using Godot and Unity I make PC games and Console games that sell for an average of about $15 before tax and fees taken out from itch/steam/etc. On average I make ~$15,000 a month.
I pay about $1,500 month toward artwork & music.

3. I've been doing this about almost 3 years now. I use the 80/20 rule when it comes to making money. 80 goes to investments (dividend stocks) and 20% goes to myself.

In the past 3 year I've had good months & I've had bad months.
That means...

4. I have a bit over $300k in dividend bearing stocks, bonds, REITs and ETFs. I don't drip and my annual yield is close to 8%. Most of these annuities pay monthly dividends. That means close to ~$24,000 per year or ~$2,000 a month.

That means monthly I'm making...
...$9k + $15k + $2k = $26k a month.

Of which I need about $2k to live on.

Lately I've been thinking about leaving the U.S. to live over seas. Maybe South East Asia or Eastern Europe.
I am in the fortunate situation where I can make money no matter where I live...

However, moving abroad is beyond my reckoning right now, which is why I haven't done it yet, but with the way the current political climate is going it is sure looking tempting.
