The CEO of Quant Gilbert Verdian first came across Ripple in 2013 when Ripple worked with Westpac in Sydney. He saw that Westpac had issues to integrate the Ripple system for the bank to test it. It was a process. /1
A couple of years later Quant was founded. Overledger is the first operating system to connect blockchains and legacy systems. With Overledger, a bank or enterprise can in just a few minutes implement any blockchain they want without having to go through a complicated process /2
Not only that but the bank will be ensured to follow the iso tc 307 standard, which is an iso standard for blockchains that Gilbert founded.

With Overledger developers will be able to build Mapps (multi-chain applications), ability to utilize several different /3
blockchains in a single Mapp. Quant has appeared at SWELL and they have met with David Schwartz.

I believe Overledger is the missing link for banks/enterprises to start using and trying out different blockchains. /4
With Overledger, a bank won’t have to deploy a large team, taking months and large sums of money just to implement a single blockchain at the bank.

Since a bank is very conservative it is important that Overledger follows the highest security standards /5
while also automatically adhering to the iso tc 307 standard.

Gilbert is a security expert, have been working at a very high level related to ensure IT systems are secure. Check out his resume.
