Ok y’all, here’s the actual published pics involving the #denvershooting you need to care about:
1) the two engage in a tussle, victim holding white spray can in his right hand, shooter with his right hand out to his right and left hand reaching towards the victim (notice hat)
2) the two men back away from each other. Victim has can of mace at low, shooter is reaching for his gun (he is appendix carrying)
3) in this image we can see both men using their tools. The shooter has already shot (notice the slide is back from recoil and spent casing) and I assume the bullet is still flying, but the camera isn’t focused on the bullet
4) victim has been shot
Take aways: 1) that stuff you heard about hen shooter taking off his sunglasses to see the laser isn’t nonsense
2) the defense attorney is gonna have one hell of a time arguing self defense. Clearly the two were backing away when the gun is drawn and the shooter shot...
...before the mace even reached him (also account for reaction time). Moreover, in the video I’ll have at the end of this thread you can hear the gun get chanbered before the mace is sprayed (hear the guy in frame hit the night stick on the ground...
...then the gun go “click-clack,” then the spray, then the bang. Yeah it could be argued that the shooter eanted his gun ready to shoot, but for what purpose? The mace will kill him?

3) Why was the victim shot when the two...
...men were backing away from each other? Maybe if the shooter shot during the first tussle that could be an excuse but to shoot when both of you are backing away and the victim was not charging you?

4) most importantly, WHY WERE THE TWO ENGAGING EACHOTHER??? Clearly...
...the original beef was between the victim and the “Black guns matter” shirt man, why did the shooter get involved?
