I slept on it, and I feel more strongly about this this morning: You simply cannot use “I” and “me” interchangeably. Do the Zoom people not know this?
Grammar makes people angry. Sorry, people.
Comments along the lines of, "But this is a caption, and 'me' is fine in this context," are reasonable. I prefer a complete sentence, but so what?
The bigger point is confusion about the rules of language. Yes, grammars evolve, but some evolutions are better than others.
