Yo, #Sequester full stop. We need to refocus.

The support last night was amazing, but people are taking things too far. I have no intention of canceling Sequester or Audrey. I want both to thrive, and I want to see necessary changes happen to ensure that they do. (1/?)

I have no issue with Audrey as a person, only recent choices she made within a business setting. These choices have caused damage, but solutions exist. That is where the conversations need to be: solutions. Not targeting Audrey personally. (2/?)

Anyone trying to make things personal, or bringing up anything not directly related to harassment problems within the sequester community needs to shut the f up. The trauma some of these womxn (and men) have gone through is not a springboard for your personal vendetta. (3/?)

People choosing to cancel patreon subscriptions in solidarity is fine, but do so in the hopes of change, not to be a dick. Defunding sequester is not the goal. Ending sequester is not the goal. It is only the last ditch resort if change doesn't occur. (4/?)

I still hope that @OddreyM , when she is ready, can come to the table with the community that has been built around sequester. I hope we can all create meaningful change, and keep this amazing thing going, while giving justice to those hurt by these harassment issues.

Anyone trying to destroy sequester and Audrey for any reason besides the harassment issues is doing it out of malice,, not out of support for the victims. And that is just plain disgusting.
