I'm coordinating creating a FOI to the General Pharmaceutical Council. I've already received a superb draft.

But I'm asking for more contributions, especially about specific details.
I've answered FOIs in the past and the best ones are those that ask for answers to very specific questions and details, because general ones can be answered by 'fudging'.

What I'd like is more details on:
(a) The exact timelines for the GPC decision.
(b) Examples of any similar decisions it has made in the past.
(c) Any 'insider' details or perspectives on GPC saying: "It aimed to find out if the pharmacy was meeting the required standards"..such as 'whats standards to they mean'?
(e) Similar for “relation to managing risks”
(f) Similar for “safeguarding vulnerable patients.”
(g) The GPC said: "make sure the prescriber is working within national prescribing guidelines for the UK".
Any comments on what that means and what they could be.
(h) The GPC sad: "We are looking into concerns raised about Clear Chemist".
any comments/details/perspectives on that?

Note @thegenderfairy1 the GC stating that if they win in the UK and overturn Gillic competency...they will use that as a precedent to attack it in Australia and NZ.
I love the 'life changing' bit...so getting married and/or having children are not 'life changing'?
Note for those in Australia just think about something similar to what is happening in UK happening here.
Because that is the transphobes plan.

Cut off HRT for everyone, end transitioning for those under 18...using the same tactics as per the UK.
