In 2016 Gigi walked in a runway show for Marc Jacobs with her sister Bella and Kendall Jenner. All models had dreadlocks it their hair, it was mainly white models.
Gigi herself never apologised, but this is what Marc Jacobs had to say.
You would think, she would distance herself from him, but no, she walked for his runway show again, the latest being in 2019

In 2018 she was part of Moschino campain shot by Jeremy Scott inspiration by Jackie O meets American conspiracy theories. Basically the models were illegal aliens, it was supposed to shine light at immigration problems in USA.
She even takes photos for ig, so she obviously doesn't see how problematic and racist this whole shoot is. She also never apologised for it and the photographer just kinda said it meant to shine a light at the problem of immigration and not be innappropriate but see for yourself.
This last think may seem bit controversial, but I did ask a muslim person to tell me their opinion on this matter so before I show you other 2 things miss Hadid did, this is what the person had so say on it:
Ps.: they wanted me to add them, but I don't want people to attack them
Okay so first she walked for NYFW in 2017 and she wore this headscarf
Then in 2017 she was on the front page of first print edition of Vogue Arabia and she wore this:
I would like to point out that Gigi is american with her parents being Dutch and Palestinian. She never said she is muslim, maybe non-practising muslim, again never said a word about it. She never really show off her Palestinian roots unless she does something like this.
She gets called out and she brings the part Palestinian card. This was the first print edition and they couldn't even choose a true Arabic person/model for it? She also later said, she felt attack by people saing she shouldn't wear these items
just because she is only half Arabic. Which is not true, many muslims were just angry at her for only using her heritage when she need it, but never really carring it's meanings and values.
She posted trowback pic in 2019 to her 2018 illegal alian photoshoot and she also posted in 2016 her 2015 Vogue cover, both post still up and I guess she still doesn't see what is wrong with both of them.
In 2016 she made Melania Trump impression on AMAs. She mocked not only her accent, but her eyes and lips as well. As a slavic person myself this is not funny, having and american mock our accent just so other americans can laugh at us.
This was her apology a day after the awards. She even admited to remove offensive parts, but what she did seemed fine to her I guess. Also hidding behind comedy to cover a xenophobia isn't the best apology in my opinion, but at least she apologised for this on.
For people who say that Gigi had no power over what she wore in the photoshoots, this is what The New York Times wrote about it. Gigi was selling the product (magazine, clothes,...), it was her choice to gave then her face and name on it.
Gigi had a photoshoot with Zayn and her brother Anwar in 2017 for US Vogue. With the photoshoot there was in interview which still exists, but was rewriten after the backlash. They both talked about sharing clothes with each other, to which Vogue called them genderfluid.
This was the original title of the interview and this is what Gigi said in it. This is coming from cisgender and straight woman, someone who never faced a problems while experimenting with clothing or self identity like many trans people including me do every day.
Genderfluid is gender identity that falls under non-binary trans. It´s not defined by wearing both feminine and masculine clothes. Genderfluids aren´t only fluid betweet binary spectrum, they can be fluid even betweet non-binary spectrum or mix of both. https://nonbinary.miraheze.org/wiki/Genderfluid
This is the rewriten article and the apology Vogue issued after being called out.

But no one from the people who were in this interview apologised. You can say it´s just the magazines fault, but before they can publish the articles, they need to sent them to their teams. It´s not like the magazine can publish things without sending them first to the PR teams.
Follow up on Gigi in dreadlocks, she actually liked them so much, she still had them the day after the show and went on a date with Zayn wearing them. Paparazzi are usually called by the PR teams in situations like these, cos they really aren't waiting on every corner for celebs.
Since some people don't understand, please read this and next time don't tell others how to feel about things that concern them. https://twitter.com/dammitziammies/status/1324735391564529671?s=19
This is an old one, but Yolanda was in Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in 2012 and she made this racist comment about Gigi's eyes looking too asian like.
Now Yolanda as far as I looked never apologised for this, but Gigi responded to these accusations about her mom on Twitter and she used the worst reason why her mother comment couldn't be racist. That tweet is still up and it just shows she never really learn does she.
This happened in 2012 and her mocking asian eyes on Bella's snapchat in 2017. It was 5 years and she didn't realise how wrong it is to be racist towards asians.
