What is Phenibut?

Phenibut is an anti-anxiety medicine, developed by Russian scientists during the Space Race.

It was designed to calm down Russian astronauts but still, allow them to still remain focused so they could work.

How Much to Take?

While amazing this drug can be highly addicting and dangerous if taken more than 1-2 times a week, 3 days apart

I wouldn't recommend taking more than 2.5 grams each time too, preferably 2g max.

Start with 1 gram and work your way up to see your best dose

Phenibut is best taken on an empty stomach too, preferably when you wake up or at least 2 hours after eating

Just mix it in some water and drink, then wait 2 hours to eat again

you will notice Phenibut has different effects at different doses too, so find what works for you

How long does Phenibut?

It can take 4-6 hours to kick in on empty stomach, but literally can last 12 hours plus, with mood increase lasting up to 1-3 days

You can split doses too, 2 grams into 2 1g doses spread 1.5 hours apart if you want to make it last even longer too.

The comedown?

Nonexistent, if you don't use more than 2x a week.

Don't take back to back days, and wait at least 3 days between doses, a week is best.

this is truly a crazy drug that you really gotta try to experience

What to mix with Phenibut?

Caffeine is most common, with about 1-2 cups of coffee taken 30 mins after ingestion

You can also mix high doses with Adderall to experience molly like effects/euphoria, but while extremely fun and great for being a social savant, probably unhealthy

My recommend doses

1.5g and 2 cups of coffee for grinding out working
2g and 2 cups of coffee for sales/approaching women
2.5g and 2 cups of coffee for euphoria high

Be careful if you are taking other drugs as this is an anti anxiety drug in russia so talk to doc or just don't mix with other drugs besides caffeine.

Also if you drink alcohol on this, then it becomes like xans and you black out hella fast so don't drink on it for your liver.
