what you shouldn't call it, though insurance companies still do:
- chronic fatigue syndrome

what you MUST NOT EVER EVER EVER call it:
- chronic fatigue

if you have MECFS, i send you love & solidarity. if you have fatigue that's chronic but from another source (illness, oppression, individual situation), ofc you can name your symptom. if you want to help with this confusion, maybe try "fatigue that's chronic."
