Things to remember if you're struggling with your weight (a thread):

Your weight only matters for health reasons, you're beautiful no matter what size you are.
Scales are generally inaccurate and water weight is a bitch.
BMI charts are unrealistic and outdated (from the 1830s!).
Your mental health is just as important as your physical health and neither can be healthy without the other.
Weight management is a journey and there will be ups and downs. Learn from the downs, celebrate the ups.
Do what is best for you, not what everyone else wants you to.
Your doctors are guides but they cannot tell you as much as your own body can.
Everybody is different. Every BODY is different. There is no one right answer.
Food is not your enemy but it is also not a god. Use it as a tool.
