1. Stop pampering yourself - Only when you leave your comfort zone will you find growth.
2. Stop abusing your body - If you eat healthily, you will feel healthy and look healthy.

Likewise, if you eat junk food, you will feel like junk.
3. Stop relying on motivation to act - It's now common knowledge that we can not always be motivated.

If we wait for motivation, nothing will ever be done.

Create daily habits that lead to your goals instead.
4. Stop surrounding yourself with negative people - Nothing good will ever come out of associating with negative people.

Some people are just pessimists or fatalists and we may not be able to change them.

The good news though is that we can change the people around us.
5. Stop pleasing everyone - Realize you have a choice, follow your own convictions, every other thing is noise.
6. Stop being distracted - Keep your visions and goals in mind.

Always remember that: No Focus, No Results.
7. Stop relying on others - Nobody will save you, nothing in this life is free.

Take accountability for your future.
8. Stop fearing failure - Not failing means you are not pushing.

If you are not failing, it means you are not trying hard enough.
9. Stop resisting change - The only thing constant in life is change, embrace change.

Refusing change may have painful consequences.
10. Stop expecting instant gratification - These can be very dangerous, distracting us from more meaningful pursuits, and leading to destructive financial, social, and health outcomes
