I know they deserve more. Our research/university structure doesn’t recognize their value. They should have more stability. @Bre_AnneF @E__Fidalgo @TubmanJanice (& Dorota Lubanska) - my research program depends on these individuals. 2/3
Are there better solutions? Are there countries/universities who do a better job supporting PhD level leaders who want to be hands on in a training lab environment???? Please tell me there are solutions.
