Sorry, less than ten seconds I was being generous. The pants came off immediately you can see how far down on the stage they are compared to where he is standing when he’s revealed, making the change longer than it looks.

More insight: the white shirt was probably done up with snaps so it could be ripped away fast with little sound while the red was done up with Velcro. The cummerbund was probably only on the front and is just wrap around his stomach and held there with Velcro as well
