sometimes it’s good, and sometimes it’s bad, but your mental health has been with you as long as your physical health and they should be treated equally. I want to live in a world where mental health is talked about as openly as physical health. (3/8)

Mental health problems are things we shouldn’t be diagnosing ourselves with, they are something we should seek professional help on.
