What have the Nigerian baby boomer population really done for the country to warrant their level of arrogance and scorn for "yoots" though?

I'm genuinely curious, because all they talk about is "we fought for independence" but that was NOT the baby boomers that did that.
Which 60 year old in Nigeria "fought for independence?" Their generation (OUR PARENTS) are responsible for everything that went wrong with Nigeria.
Nnamdi Azikiwe, Abubakar Tafawa Balewa and Obafemi Awolowo were NOT baby boomers! They belong to what Americans call "the Greatest generation" but we have a bunch of 60 year old leeches trying to claim glory for doing anything useful for Nigeria.
We need to start looking our parents in the face and seeing them for what they truly are - the greatest opportunists. Let us not let "respect" make us stupid and blind to the truth.

Their generation continues to be responsible for most things wrong with this country.
You see this chart? You see the dangerous level of incompetence and mismanagement in this chart? You know who is responsible for this?

Your fathers and your mothers.
This is the University of Nsukka in Enugu that just celebrated its 60th birthday. You know who presided over its management over the years?

Your parents.

Now ask yourself again whether they have ANY RIGHT to be condescending.
