I won't give up on my children. I know today is #WorldMentalHealthDay I've had breakdowns, crippling anxiety, depression & emotional episodes where I can't stop crying. Told to man up, move on. Be the man. That doesn't help. You feel a failure for crying.

My situation has been made worse thanks to 7 months on £0 government support. Battling every single day to survive, dependant on strangers to live, the 3 million #ExcludedUK families are suffering mental health issues, abandoned by @RishiSunak & the state.
