@virginmedia are a joke. I called twice on the 15th of September. The first I was thinking about leaving, the second I was definitely leaving and told the guy I wanted my contract to end after the 12 months (tomorrow). He told me I had to call back on the 9th or 10th of.. 1/e
October to cancel my contract to avoid paying more. I phone up today and I'm told that they need 30 days notice and apparently the notes say I was thinking about it (first call). Because the 2nd guy didn't note to say i wanted my services disconnected after tomorrow... 2/3
I'm being charged £108.00 for the 30 days notice from today!!! I've already got a new supplier who I'll be paying during that 30 days.

30 days from the 15th of September is the 15th of October. There's not a hope in hell that I'm paying until the 9th of November. 3/3
