To summarise the key changes at #SpaFrancorchamps for #FIMEWC:

Turn 1 (La Source): Transformation of part of the existing run-off into a gravel trap.

Expansion of run off area to include new grass verge at the side of the Endurance pits and start-finish area. #SpaFrancorchamps #FIMEWC

At Raidillon, the asphalt escape area will be expanded, with barriers moved back towards new grandstand area. At the exit and into Turn 4, the barriers will be moved back to create larger asphalt run-off. #SpaFrancorchamps #FIMEWC

At Turn 6 (Les Combes), the barriers will be moved to create an enlarged run-off, complete with new gravel trap and a restored escape road.

At Turn 7 (Malmedy) the barriers will be moved back to create a greater run-off area on entry to the corner.

At Turn 8 (Rivage/Bruxelles) the existing asphalt run-off and gravel trap will be renovated.

At Turn 9, a new corner will be created to meet the requirements for FIM homologation, while the existing corner will be retained with adapted kerbing for car competition. Extra-run off will be created by moving barriers further away from the track.

At Turns 10 and 11 (Double Gauche) the run-off will be transformed to feature both asphalt and gravel.

Turn 12 (Fanges) will have a gravel trap instead of asphalt run-off, while Turn 13 will be part grass/part gravel trap.

At Turn 14 (Campus) the existing gravel trap will be retained. At Turn 15 (Stavelot) the existing gravel trap will be enlarged, with a new retaining wall and revised barriers.

At the exit of the Courbe Paul Frère, the tunnel leading to the karting circuit will be extended to allow greater run-off to be built over it.

Turn 16 will see the creation of an asphalt and gravel run off area with a new escape road.

Turn 17 (Blanchimont) will feature an enlarged run-off area, with barriers moved away from the track to allow the installation of a new gravel trap and escape road.
