@twilio has been focusing on the "action" part of the data. Once you know what to do, what can one do.
@segment has been focused on the "capture" part. And connected to hundreds of tools to delegate the action part.

I had just started using @segment a few months back.
Though I was an employee only for a few years, that experience was transformational for my career.

@DianaHSmith tell me this deal was your doing, and that you moved to @twilio ahead of time as a reconnaissance project!
Also, I want to point out that unbeknown to most, @christochild managed to be a product leader @segment and then @SnowflakeDB. Talk about a good run!
