Equal income and power?
"Most" top level CEOs have been CEO-ing for a while. Over 50% of undergraduate degrees go to women (even at MIT). I'm sure this will develop to include lower level leadership and subsequently higher positions as women improve resumes and move on up.

In the meantime, ANY kind of discriminatory treatment should be legally squashed. The laws are in the books:
