A thread explaining what is going on with @del48official

For those unaware, DEL48 was supposed to be an international sister group for AKB48, joining many groups across Asia. They were announced in 2019 and revealed their members in December of that year, with member Glory performing at NHK& #39;s Kouhaku Gassen.

The group& #39;s overall debut was original planned for March 2020. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the groups& #39; debut kept getting pushed back. This kept happening until early October 2020, when their management company YKBK 48 Entertainment decided to cease operations.

Due to leaks, we know the group& #39;s debut song was planned to be a cover of AKB48& #39;s Flying Get. Due to this unfortunate news, this single now may never see the light of day. It is extremely unfair to the girls who worked so hard just for their work to not be seen.

Though it may not help much, I believe we still should try our best to give whatever work they made during their short time as a group the appreciation it deserves. I ask that people start tweeting #ReleaseDEL48FlyingGet to @del48official so that hopefully we will be noticed.
