1) There& #39;s absolutely 0 tolerance for hate speech on Matter. That should be a given. If you break this rule, your account will be terminated
2) We are not here to compete with major DSP’s. We love @spotify just as much as you do. Matter is built to help you and your team make $ in new ways, while creating a community for your fans to listen to music for in HD (with no ads, ever.)
3) There will always be friction in joining a new platform. But getting in at the beginning puts you in the best position to succeed long-term. We’ve already seen artists with > 100 likes on sc over the past year, get 500+ likes within their first week on Matter.
4) Follow for follow + spamming for listens is the worst way to grow. Focus on building genuine connections and collaborating.

5) Matter is still in beta. We’ve been growing exponentially and are iterating as fast as possible to address the needs of our community. Scaleable solutions to features like our global chat have already been in progress.
6) Matter is built by a team of artists. Our goal from the start was to empower millions of kids making amazing art & music from their bedrooms. We charge the lowest fees, and we only make money when you do. Helping the creatives on our platform win is our #1 priority.
7. Our dm’s are currently flooded, but we will try to get back to all of you. Actually listening to you and implementing your feedback is how we’ve gotten this far. No matter how big we get, that will never change.
