This article is talking about risk of transmission, but I'd like to highlight some stuff on Test/Trace/Isolate from the South Korean Call Centre Study referenced. Lots of lessons for Victoria #COVID19Victoria

A timeline:
March 8: Case linked to building X (offices/apartments) notified to authorities
March 9: Joint Response team formed to investigateMarch 9: Entire building shutdownMarch 9-12: Testing offered to all officeworkers and residents. Turnaround time was 12-24hrs. (cont) 2/4
If -ve, still had to quarantine. If +ve, had to isolate [maybe gov provided??]. -ve results were retested during quarantine period.
Investigated, tested, monitored all household contacts of +ve cases for 14 days irrespective of symptoms

(cont) 3/4
March 13-16: 16,628 text messages sent to people who spent >5 mins near building x, telling them to get tested.

This thread shows how rigorous South Korea is at shutting down an outbreak. Victoria needs to learn from their experience, as continual lockdowns don't work.
