check your toothpaste and mouthwash for FLUORIDE!!!! fluoride is literally so toxic and i even KNEW THIS & didn’t realize that the toothpaste i was using daily had fluoride in it. look up non-fluoride options, i’ll drop the toothpaste i’m using now but fr stay away from fluoride

this is the one i’ve started using btw!! i got it at CVS and i specifically wanted a whitening one bc im one of those bitches hehe & so far i like it! it’s kinda weird bc charcoal obvi so it makes ur teeth black lol but worth not being poisoned
