I saw some other folks with ADHD talking the other day about how their normal pattern of creating enough stress to flip their brain switch isn't working anymore because they're *always* so stressed out that it's hard to press past it
And...whew. hard hard same.

I was thinking yesterday about how I'm sad I haven't gotten around to some things I want to do, and I thought "other people get so many things done, how do they do that"
And then thought about all the times I've asked and the answer is really just "have a different brain"

Anyway, being reliant on being able to stress myself out enough to make my brain go was probably not a great coping mechanism, but at least that shit pretty reliably worked
