I was molested as a child and have been sexually assaulted more than once in my adulthood. Sadly it's not as uncommon as it should be. Most women probably don't keep track of the amount of times someone has slapped or grabbed their ass, which is awful. It is technically SA
But it's not what most people think of when they hear the term SA and I think we need to consider that when throwing around the term. I'm probably not the only person who has been assaulted who finds the reaction I'm seeing to "he might have purposely touched my butt" offensive
I'm not trying to pit abuse survivors against each other, trauma affects everyone differently, but we have to think about things some what critically and not paint with such broad strokes.

There is no right way for K*t or Ray to address this and I'm so ashamed to see how people are going after them. There is too much that doesn't add up about the one accusation that still stands

You can be an advocate for survivors without blindly attacking based on Anon tweets with no credibility. You can stop and think. Ask the person what they need. We can't let false claims gain traction or real victims won't be believed.
For what it's worth, given my personal experience and knowing all the stories I know (my job involves helping survivors), the accusation sounds made up. The way it was described, the way the person backtracked, none of it sounds credible.
I hope those of you who believe it think it was worth all the hurt its caused Kat, she trusted us and this was a horrible betrayal. This fandom and her relationship with us is broken beyond repair.
