✅ Increase my Energy Levels

✅ Achieve my Goals

Over these years, I have fine-tuned an approach that I have found to work for me.

You have goals, but you have failed to achieve them.

You would like to know how to. 1/12
First, though, you need to solve two problems:

1️⃣ How to build & develop your energy levels

2️⃣ How to eliminate distractions & enhance your focus

But before you can solve 1️⃣, you need to solve 2️⃣

So Let's talk about that. 2/12
SELF-CONTROL

Short-term:

If you have self-control problems, then your brain needs to clear your dopamine out, to return it to its normal function.

If Internet Addiction is your problem, then get good app/website blockers. 3/12
Long-term:

Develop a meditation habit. Read up on simple breathing meditation techniques, or use the @headspace app.

In the long-term, this will allow you to be more mindful of your thoughts & feelings that lead to your addictive behaviors.

That will help you stop them. 4/12
SELF-VITALITY

Once you've mastered control of your attention, then you need to learn how to enhance your energy.

This is the simplest problem to solve.

There are three elements to this:

1️⃣ Sleep

2️⃣ Exercise

3️⃣ Diet 5/12
SLEEP

❌ No screens before bed time

❌ No food right before bed time

✅ Make your sleeping & waking up times consistent

✅ If you need to, take the appropriate supplements

✅ Get a sleep test done if sleep problems are severe 6/12
EXERCISE

✅ Lift weights

✅ Do some cardio

✅ Walk often 7/12
DIET

✅ Cut out all processed food completely

✅ Focus on fresh meats & fresh greens

✅ Do intermittent fasting

✅ Sometimes, fast for longer than 24 hours 8/12
SELF-DISCIPLINE

Okay, so now that we've solved our energy problem, let's get down to goal achievement.

The secret is simple:

Breakdown your goal into a behavior that you *KNOW* you will be able to perform DAILY. 9/12
Then, perform that behavior...

EVERY

SINGLE

DAY

Do this for ALL your goals.

That's it! 10/12
Remember:

You will only be able to achieve your goals if you have the energy to do so...

AND

...You have mastered your attention so that distractions do now derail you. 11/12
