SELF-CONTROL

Short-term:

If you have self-control problems, then your brain needs to clear your dopamine out, to return it to its normal function.

If Internet Addiction is your problem, then get good app/website blockers. 3/12
Long-term:

Develop a meditation habit. Read up on simple breathing meditation techniques, or use the @headspace app.

In the long-term, this will allow you to be more mindful of your thoughts & feelings that lead to your addictive behaviors.

That will help you stop them. 4/12
SELF-VITALITY

Once you& #39;ve mastered control of your attention, then you need to learn how to enhance your energy.

This is the simplest problem to solve.

Okay, so now that we& #39;ve solved our energy problem, let& #39;s get down to goal achievement.

The secret is simple:

Breakdown your goal into a behavior that you *KNOW* you will be able to perform DAILY. 9/12
Then, perform that behavior...

EVERY

SINGLE

DAY

Do this for ALL your goals.

That& #39;s it! 10/12
Remember:

You will only be able to achieve your goals if you have the energy to do so...

AND

...You have mastered your attention so that distractions do now derail you. 11/12
