realized that I had to fast yesterday, but I didn& #39;t check so I& #39;m gonna do it properly with the fasting on week 2

fast: about 17 hrs
gonna exercise some more...
yesterday was a bad day too, high restriction but even the net was about 1300-1400 and today 693, so I& #39;m doing a 48 hr fast and then starting again as if it& #39;s Tuesday.....
